As a Senior Account Manager/Project Manager, you will manage and advise existing and new customers with a steady hand and develop not only your accounts, but also yourself. With your expertise in food, beverage, beauty and lifestyle brands, you have a good feel for the potential of creative ideas.

  • Independent and confident management of (new) projects and customers

  • Organization, consulting, further development and expansion of (new) customers

  • Creation of client presentations and confident presentation to the client

  • Creating & summarizing complex rebriefings and creative briefs

  • Putting together project teams with the person responsible for creation

  • Independent management of project teams & coordination of the project team incl. freelancers

  • Creation, control & adherence to timings

  • Taking responsibility for costs and resources, e.g. complex proposal preparation & very profitable budget control

  • Development of employees (e.g. junior consultants, consultants)


  • You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience (e.g. print-oriented agency or corporate marketing department) and an understanding of classic analog print processes/communication

  • You are very familiar with project management, customer consulting and management & cost negotiations and the role as an interface between customers, consulting and creation. Nice to have: Relevant studies or training

  • You have experience in strategic brand communication and a good feel for the needs of FMCG clients

  • You enjoy independently implementing your own complex projects and generally have a talent for organization

  • You have experience with national & international brands

  • You support national and international clients in English
