PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D)

(Aachen, Cologne or Berlin)

As the ideal project manager (F/M/D), you are the key person between customers, strategy and creation. Equipped with a sound understanding of customers and the market, confidence and a view over the bigger picture, you are a competent contact person (F/M/D). A passion for packaging and/or print media makes you the perfect person to work with on the WINTeam. You are no longer green behind the ears, know how to act cool and don't let pressure get you down. For you, project management means teamwork, happy clients and further development.

YOUR TASKS:

- You support and advise your customer base in a team and with your budget.

- You are involved in day-to-day operations, both with your own projects and as part of a team on major projects.

- You lead, manage and develop your project teams and clients.

- You will ensure independent quality and cost management as well as constant monitoring of ongoing projects.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in design or communication agencies, ideally in the field of packaging.
You are highly motivated and enjoy developing yourself and your team.
You are a master of crisis management for your clients and your team.
You have experience as an intermediary between clients, consulting and creation.
You like to present your work and demonstrate your competence in your communication style.
You have a sense for beauty and food customers.
You look after customers nationally and also internationally.
